Refugee Festival and Race

The Davis County Refugee Festival and 5k race is happening Saturday, September 24 from 9 AM – 2 PM at Snowhorse Elementary, 1095 Smith Lane in Kaysville, Utah. The event will support refugees locally and abroad. The race will be chip timed, participants will get a graphic tee, and will run on a beautiful course in West Kaysville. Award given for top finishers in every race category and runners get complimentary refreshments after the race.


Competitive wave at 9:00 am

Casual runner wave at 9:05 am

Family friendly wave at 9:10 am

Kids 1m fun run at 10:00 am.

100% of the revenue from the race will be donated to our educational partner. Pre-sold food vouchers (good at any of the food trucks on site during the refugee festival) are available upon registering for $10 each. Get them now to avoid lines and waiting during the festival!


5K: $30, ($35 WALK UP DAY OF)

KIDS 1 MILE: $15, ($20 WALK UP DAY OF)

Much more than just a race, this Davis County refugee community event will feature refugee talents on display, organizations that are involved with assisting refugees, art contest winners and more. A selection of food trucks and street vendors will be on site.


Hosted in part by local refugees who will have their talents and crafts on display. Get involved with refugee organizations in the Davis County and Salt Lake community that will be on site.
